Submission Guidelines

Abstracts must fit within one A4 page, including any figures, tables, and references, and should follow the provided abstract template rules.

All abstracts must be submitted by June 11 2026.

Please note that submissions will not undergo proofreading, and no revisions will be permitted after submission. Authors are responsible for ensuring their abstracts are free from spelling and grammatical errors.

All abstracts will be evaluated by the Committee.

Authors will be notified of acceptance via email by June 18 2026.

All the Abstracts must be submitted in English, the presentation could be delivered in Portuguese or English
